Office Hours: 09:00 am – 06:00 pm
Weekend: (Thursday & Friday)
Compensation:
Salary: 40k – 45k BDT

Key Responsibilities
Develop and customize WordPress themes.
Create and customize WordPress plugins.
Ensure themes are responsive, SEO-friendly, and adhere to web standards.
Ensure plugins are secure, efficient, and compatible with various WordPress versions.
Implement designs using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
Optimize website performance.
Perform regular updates and maintenance.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to themes, plugins, and site functionality.
Work with designers, project managers, and clients.
Communicate progress and updates effectively.
Follow coding standards and industry trends.
Continuously improve skills and contribute to internal processes.
Qualifications (Required)
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Strong knowledge of WordPress, including theme and plugin development.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
Strong debugging and troubleshooting abilities.
Knowledge of UI/UX best practices.
Ability to analyze requirements and propose effective solutions.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently.
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with SEO best practices and tools.
Experience with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
Knowledge of website performance optimization techniques.
Experience working with version control systems (e.g., Git).
Familiarity with popular WordPress frameworks and page builders (e.g., Elementor, Divi).
Understanding of WordPress coding standards and security practices.
Up-to-date knowledge of web development industry trends.
